We’ve been providing managed services as an option for our business clients since 2014, and now those small businesses are the focus of what we do every day.

How soon does work begin after payment?
We begin work on the website within 1-2 business days of receiving both your payment and the information for our client intake form we send out.
What is the processing time for a website?
We like to work quick and keep our clients informed of our timeline, so we'd like to say 2-4 weeks from beginning to end. The only way we can keep to that kind of schedule, however, is if our clients communicate with us regularly and give us everything we need in a timely manner and within the timeframes we give them.
If we don't get what we need within our timeframes, a website can take more than 2+ months.
What is your policy on refunds?
We typically do not issue refunds, though in unexpected circumstances we are willing to sometimes issue them at our own digression. In the rare occurrence we issue a refund, we only refund a max of 50% of the payment to ensure we get paid for some work at least. All payments are considered final.
What types of payments do you take?
You have the options at checkout of PayPal and Stripe, which accepts most major brands of cards, Klarna, Google Pay, and more.
