Yes, though we require all non-contract customers to pay full price for labor and full retail price for any systems we provide. Additionally, non-contract customers are required to sign an indemnity/hold harmless agreement before any work can begin. Contracts were created to provide the customer with a full suite of services and products that make our jobs much easier at a price that can be predicted every month or year.
