What is a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?
Managed Service Providers are companies that bridge the gap between one industry and Information Technology (IT). Additionally, non-contract customers are required to sign an indemnity/hold harmless agreement before any work can begin. Contracts were created to provide the customer with a full suite of services and products that make our jobs much easier at a price that can be predicted every month or year.
